The RAMS 2600 series Finger Brake/Shear Combo machines, have all the same features as our 2200 series Brake/Shear Combo units. These Heavy Duty models feature hardened steel blades which allow for an increased capacity of up to 20 ga. mild steel over 10 feet. Offered in both 10' and 8' lengths the four sided replaceable shear blades are spring loaded and hold material in place while cutting in addition to acting as a safety guard. A fully adjustable apron with bushing pivots and a removable angle enables bends as close to a 1/2" apart. This model includes various sizes of removable fingers to allow the bending of complex parts not possible with other machines. The RAMS-2610-HD models come with 10-6", 11-4", 4-3", and 4-2" fingers. The RAMS-2608-HD models come with 8-6", 8-4", 4-3", and 4-2" fingers. These units are equipped with a 110-115V single phase motor.
