We at RAMS Sheet Metal Equipment have built our business on quality, flexibility, and delivery. We've instituted many quality safeguards. These safeguards are to insure the parts we manufacture are dimensionally correct and always fully traceable. Tolerance Capabilities

RAMS Sheet Metal Equipment is capable of holding high tolerances (+/- .0003). We have capabilities of OD and ID honing in the machines to hold up to an 8 micro surface finish in long or short production runs. We are able to maintain this by having skilled machinists, modern equipment, gauging, and a vast knowledge of tooling technology. Top of page
