The mechanical components manufactured by RAMS Sheet Metal Equipment, Inc. are warranted to the original user only to be free of defects in material and workmanship, for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. RAMS liability under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing at RAM's option, without charge, F.O.B. RAMS Sheet Metal Equipment, Inc in Antioch, IL, any component manufactured by RAMS. RAMS will not be liable for any costs of removal, installation, transportation or any other charges which may arise in connection with a warranty claim. Products which are sold but not manufactured by RAMS are subject to the warranty provided by the manufacturer of said products and not by RAMS warranty. RAMS will not be liable for damage or wear to products caused by abnormal operating conditions, accident, abuse, misuse, unauthorized alteration or repair, or if the product was not installed in accordance with RAMS printed operating and service instructions.

Warranty Instructions:
- Call RAMS Sheet Metal 888-326-6481 PRIOR to servicing any warranty claim. RAMS Technicians will attempt to assist or troubleshoot the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved in this manner, proceed to step 2.
- RAMS will give instruction for returning the machine.
- All items must be sent freight prepaid. Documentation that must be included is the serial number and proof of purchase with purchase date.

When RAMS receives the machine, it will be determined whether or not it is covered under the warranty.
- Providing the problem is covered under warranty, the machine will be repaired at no charge and all freight costs will be reimbursed.
- If it is not covered, RAMS will provide a quote and require a Purchase Order to complete the work and ship machine back to customer.
